The Wedding Day Coordination Package
Two Let's Talk Eventz planners present on day of for 8-10 hours.
- Phone meetings to go over timeline and vendor contacts.
- Introduce ourselves to trusted wedding vendors and venues.
- Help organize and space the processional line-up.
- Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat.
- Help pin on boutonnières and corsages.
- Keep track of the marriage license, ketubah, ritual items, and rings.
- Gathering up and distributing the ceremony items at the ceremony site.
- Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested.
- Serve as the point person for every vendor (so couple doesn’t have to).
- Verify that things like favors and place cards receive proper placement.
- Confirm set up of the guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals.
- Create a timeline and direct events to keep the wedding flowing smoothly and on
schedule.
- Assist with guest management.
- Determine who will be responsible for getting gifts from reception to final destination.

As someone who is a visionary but needs help pulling everything together, this was exactly the help I needed. We hired Let’s Talk Eventz for the partial planning/day of coordination and that gave me so much relief through the planning process as well as on the wedding day. Morgan did an amazing job with staying in communication with us the entire two years, even just to say hi and check in (and still does even now that our wedding is over). We hired her for our day of coordinator for our wedding reception (we did the wedding ceremony privately the month before) and it was amazing to work with her and her husband Spencer. I am so very impressed with Let's Talk Events! I am wedding photographer and my couple were her clients!
